Samples are always free of charge; shipping costs are instead borne by the customer, who in the event of a subsequent order may benefit from cashback (if applicable) on their order.
What are samples and how does cashback work?
Samples are small fragments (approximately size 20x30) of our products that allow you to conveniently check the color and texture of the selected product at home.
If you decide to place a full order after choosing one of the samples, we offer you a refund equal to the sample shipping costs. In other words, we will return the amount you paid for receiving the sample when you complete a full purchase.

“Real size” samples
If you would like an even more immersive experience, we also offer the possibility of receiving samples in larger or “real” sizes. In this case as well, shipping costs are at your expense, but cashback is not available for this category of samples.
Sample availability
Sample availability is subject to their presence at the manufacturing companies since—managing a large quantity of products—we do not have warehouse stock for all product variants. We understand how important it is to be able to see the product in reality and will do our best to provide you with the samples you desire as quickly as possible.
